Question: Does Close-Up support Windows NT or Windows CE?

Answer: Currently, there is no version of Close-Up available that supports Windows NT or Windows CE. We have customers who have been successful getting the remote portion of the software to run under Windows NT, but this is not something we directly support. Unfortunately, we do not have a release date scheduled for a Windows NT compatible version of our software.

Due to an increasing number of requests for support for Windows NT or Windows CE, we are compiling a list of customers who would like to be notified when this becomes available. To add your name to this list, please send an e-mail message to techsupport@norton-lambert.com. The subject of your message should be NOTIFICATION REQUEST and the body of the message should contain your first and last name, e-mail address, and WINDOWS NT SUPPORT or WINDOWS CE SUPPORT. Your name and email address will automatically be added to the list upon receipt of the message.
