Question: My modem is not in the Close-Up V6.5 modem list. What should I do?
Answer: New modems are always being released onto the market. Close-Up adds modems to our current list as quickly as possible, and posts the updates to our Web site.
Step 1:
Go to our Tech Support Close-Up v6.5 Downloads Page to get the latest modem file.Step 2: If your modem still doesn't appear on your modem list and you have the updated list, then we can create you a custom modem control string. You will need to e-mail us the AT command set, and S-Registers which are in your modem manual or software that came with your modem. Be sure to include the make and model of your modem as well as any technical specifications. If you are unable to locate your AT commands or S-Registers please contact the modem manufacturer.
