Email us your problem using your email program:  If you cannot solve your problem you can send an Email using your Email program.  Describe your problem in as much detail as possible.  You will need to attach to your email the iClose-Up Trace File for the day the problem occurred.  iClose-Up keeps a Trace Log for each day, for the last 30 days.  Any Trace Logs older than 30 days are deleted.  The Trace Log records problems iClose-Up is having.  Looking at this Trace Log helps us solve the problem.  If you installed iClose-Up to the default folder then to find the Trace Log you need go to the Program Files folder, iClose-Up folder, Log Files folder, Trace Logs folder, and then attach the trace with the date your problem occurred.  Send your email to us at:  techsupport@norton-lambert.com
